Dr. Terry is contracted to provide psychological assessments and other services with several Regional Centers in California, as well as privately funded assessments.

Private Pay

Many clients wish to have evaluations tailored to their specific questions, or want their assessments done quickly, without the hassle of going through a third party payer.   If you wish to pay privately for an assessment or services, please email or call Dr. Terry to discuss what customized services you wish to have and related fees.  Dr. Terry endeavors to have assessment reports completed within two weeks of the final appointment to make it easier for you to use the information for school IEP meetings, Regional Center or Social Security eligibility decisions, and placement or intervention planning with service providers, as well as behavioral, supported living, and job coaching support.

Diagnosing Toddlers who may be at-Risk for Autism

In addition, Dr. Terry has extensive experience assessing very young children (as young as 12 months old) who may be at higher risk (e.g., be a sibling of a child who already has autism) or who are showing early “red flag” signs, and thus assist in getting them connected to crucial early intervention as soon as possible.

Health Insurance

Unfortunately, Terry Psylutions is not currently able to accept health insurance referrals at this time.  Most referral are through the Regional Centers.

Remote/Telehealth Assessments

Dr. Terry is now available to conduct remote/telehealth assessments over a secured HIPAA-compliant platform using a combination of video conferencing and traditional means, for clients unable to engage in in-person assessments due to distance, social distancing mandates, or other issues.  Please email Dr. Terry with your interest to schedule a meeting to discuss if a telehealth assessment may be appropriate for you.
